Orders
Placing an order on this site is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order when a pharmacist has spoken to you and confirmed the items, price and how you will receive them. We may decline or change an order, for example if an item is out of stock.
Prices
Prices are in Ghana cedis (₵) and can change. The price confirmed when we call you is the price you pay. Delivery is free in Accra on orders from ₵500, or you may take 5% off instead. Under ₵500, the delivery fee for your area is shown at checkout (see Delivery information). Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm.
Payment
You pay when your order is delivered or collected. Nothing is charged on the website.
Prescription medicines
Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription, checked by a pharmacist. We may refuse to supply any medicine if we have a safety concern.

Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Talk to a pharmacist or doctor about your own situation, and read the leaflet that comes with your medicine.
