Delivery and collection
Fast, secure and confidential delivery of medicines and health products across Accra and nationwide, or collect from our Nima or Alajo pharmacy.
When we deliver
- Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm.
- Allow one business day for processing and delivery.
- Every package is sealed and handled with care, so your medicines arrive safely, intact and in confidence.
Delivery fees in Accra
The fee depends on your area. Pick your area at checkout and the fee is added to your total. On orders of ₵500 or more, delivery in Accra is free unless you choose the 5% discount instead.

Fees are estimates. If your area isn’t listed, choose “My area isn’t listed” at checkout and a pharmacist will confirm the fee when they call.
Outside Accra
- Choose “Outside Accra” at checkout and tell us your town or area. The delivery fee isn’t fixed, so a pharmacist confirms it with you on WhatsApp after you send your order.
- We can usually send it by lorry station, or another way if that suits you better — we’ll agree the details with you.
- Anything the driver or transport company charges is paid by you.
Collect in store
Prefer to pick up? Choose “Collect in store” at checkout, then the pharmacy you want to collect from. There is no delivery cost for collection.
- Nima: 91 Alwaleed bin Talal Highway. Open 24 hours, every day.
- Alajo: 25 Robert Mensah Street. Open 7am to 10pm, every day.
Someone else can collect for you, but the order must be paid for in full before we release it to them.
How an order works
- Add products to your cart and check out.
- A pharmacist calls you to confirm the items, the total, and how and when you will get them.
- Your order is delivered or made ready to collect.
- You pay when you receive or collect it.
Prescription medicines
Medicines marked “Prescription medicine” can be ordered online like anything else. A pharmacist confirms every order with you on WhatsApp or by phone. If you have a prescription, you can upload it here or bring it to the pharmacy.
