If something is wrong with your order, tell us straight away.

If there is a problem
If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is missing an item, call us on 030-225-3017 or visit the pharmacy as soon as you can, ideally the same day. Keep the product and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you.
Medicines
For safety, we can’t take back medicines once they have left the pharmacy, unless we made a mistake or the product is damaged or faulty. This is because we can’t be sure how they have been stored.
Other products
Unopened, unused cosmetics, toiletries and baby products in their original packaging can normally be returned. Bring the item to the pharmacy and tell us what happened.
Refunds
Because you pay on delivery or collection, refunds are given in the same way you paid.
