What we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

Last updated: September 2026

What we collect

  • Orders: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), delivery address and landmark, order notes, and the items you ordered.
  • Prescriptions: the photo or PDF you upload and the phone number you give with it. This is health information, and we treat it as sensitive.
  • Your cart: saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you place an order.

How we use it

We use your information only to review prescriptions, confirm and fulfil your orders, contact you about them, and comply with the law. A pharmacist will call the number you give us.

Who sees it

Only BeyBee Pharmacy staff who need it to do their job. We do not sell your information. We share it with a third party only where the law requires it or where it is needed to deliver your order.

How long we keep it

We keep order and prescription records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and professional obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Call 030-225-3017 or visit the pharmacy to make a request.
